The free online course “Sustainable road network and management of ecological corridors in the Tagus basin” aims to convey the importance of ecological connectivity in the Tagus basin in its middle and upper course. Each course is carried out online through a training platform, is completely free and lasts 120 hours that are taught in 10 weeks. The focus of the course seeks to provide solutions and tools for sustainability within the framework of a multiple transversal reference:

· The NATURA 2000 NETWORK as a territory of the future.

· The National Strategy for Green Infrastructure and Ecological Connectivity and Restoration.

· Territorial transformation and the fight against depopulation.

· The Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan aligned with the National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan (PNIEC)

· The new hydrological planning.
