{"id":97857380,"date":"2014-03-24T16:22:32","date_gmt":"2014-03-24T15:22:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/actualidad_home\/the-x-edition-of-the-masters-degree-in-environmental-management-and-administration-begins\/"},"modified":"2014-03-24T16:22:32","modified_gmt":"2014-03-24T15:22:32","slug":"the-x-edition-of-the-masters-degree-in-environmental-management-and-administration-begins","status":"publish","type":"actualidad_home","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/actualidad_home\/the-x-edition-of-the-masters-degree-in-environmental-management-and-administration-begins\/","title":{"rendered":"The X Edition of the Master&#8217;s Degree in Environmental Management and Administration begins"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The director of the Biodiversity Foundation, Ana Leiva, accompanied by the Rector of the UIMP, Salvador Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, and the Deputy Vice-Rector for Research of the UNED, Pilar Fern\u00e1ndez, today inaugurated the X Edition of the academic year of the Master&#8217;s Degree in Environmental Management and Administration.  <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The director of the Biodiversity Foundation, Ana Leiva, accompanied by the Rector of the UIMP, Salvador Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, and the Deputy Vice-Rector for Research of the UNED, Pilar Fern\u00e1ndez, today inaugurated the X Edition of the academic year of the Master&#8217;s Degree in Environmental Management and Administration.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, held in the Assembly Hall of the Ministry of the Environment, Rural and Marine Affairs, diplomas were awarded to some of the 15 graduates of the previous edition and the new course was opened, with 27 students willing to have new professional skills to devise solutions and imagine the best way to reconcile social and economic development with the sustainable use of resources Natural.<\/p>\n<p>The Master&#8217;s Degree of the Biodiversity Foundation has been in existence for a decade and today it is a degree of the National University of Distance Education (UNED), which is taught with the collaboration, experience and academic prestige of the Men\u00e9ndez Pelayo International University (UIMP). It has an eminently practical orientation, consistent with the demands of the labour market and aimed at university graduates who wish to consolidate their professional projection in the environmental sector, both in public institutions and in the private sector. <\/p>\n<p>The study program provides students with an integrative vision of the environmental factor as a cornerstone of development, as well as a deep understanding of the strategies, policies, planning instruments, and tools available to ensure the sustainable use of natural resources and adequate management of environmental quality.
