The director of the Foundation, <strong>Sonia Casta\u00f1eda, has collected the distinction<\/strong> at an event held today in Madrid and in which a hundred companies have been distinguished.<\/p>\n<p> The commemorative certificate is part of the recognition given to those organisations that have been adhered to the EMAS system for the last 5, 10, 15 and 20 years. The EMAS System (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) is a European Union regulation that <strong>recognises all those organisations that have an Environmental Management System verified<\/strong> by external audits. Adherence to this system is voluntary and in its implementation the organizations are committed to continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p> In the evaluation of the management of the EMAS system, <strong>the ecological footprint is taken into account through various parameters such as waste, water and paper consumption<\/strong> and the measures aimed at improving energy efficiency carried out by the different subscribing organisations.   <br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":35536,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"palabras_clave":[176,105],"class_list":["post-97857926","actualidad_home","type-actualidad_home","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","palabras_clave-gestion-ambiental","palabras_clave-huella-de-carbono"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
