{"id":97858033,"date":"2015-10-27T16:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-10-27T15:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/actualidad_home\/the-circular-economy-as-a-business-model\/"},"modified":"2015-10-27T16:00:00","modified_gmt":"2015-10-27T15:00:00","slug":"the-circular-economy-as-a-business-model","status":"publish","type":"actualidad_home","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/actualidad_home\/the-circular-economy-as-a-business-model\/","title":{"rendered":"The circular economy as a business model"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment today held <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redemprendeverde.es\/pg\/news\/admin\/read\/60378\/participa-en-el-greencircularday-27-de-octubre-en-madrid\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Green Circular Day<\/strong><\/a>, a meeting that highlighted the business and employment opportunities offered by the circular economy.<\/p>\n<p> The conference, which took place at the C\u00edrculo de Bellas Artes and was <strong>attended by nearly 200 people<\/strong>, was inaugurated by the director of the Biodiversity Foundation, Sonia Casta\u00f1eda, accompanied by the director of International Relations and Affiliated Companies of ECOEMBES, Bego\u00f1a de Benito. In addition, it has had the participation <strong>of more than 20 speakers<\/strong>, such as the founder of the Agency for the Promotion of Environmental Protection (EPEA), Michael Braungart, who has explained to the attendees the method &#8220;The Cradle to Cradle&#8221;, based on a constant reuse of resources. <\/p>\n<p>This meeting is part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redemprendeverde.es\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>&#8220;Eco-Recinnova&#8221; programme<\/strong><\/a>, which the Biodiversity Foundation, through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.redemprendeverde.es\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Emprendeverde Network<\/strong><\/a>, has launched in collaboration with ECOEMBES, and coincides with the new circular economy strategy being launched by the European Union.<\/p>\n<p> Through different round tables, the <strong>opportunities for entrepreneurship and employment<\/strong> offered by this sector have been highlighted. In addition, several entrepreneurs from the Network participated, presenting their innovative experiences in the field of the circular economy. <\/p>\n<p>  A Market-place, a Networking area and a panel have also been set up in which circular solutions to different challenges proposed by the entrepreneurs themselves were sought.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":35649,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"palabras_clave":[],"class_list":["post-97858033","actualidad_home","type-actualidad_home","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
