Those interested can submit their candidacy until August 15.<\/p>\n<p> This initiative is part <strong>of the &#8220;One Million Climate Commitments&#8221;<\/strong> project with which the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment expects to reach one million commitments for the next Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP21), which will be held next December in Paris. With this project, the Ministry highlights the gestures of citizens, companies and institutions committed to the fight against climate change.<\/p>\n<p> This award<strong> is aimed at all beach bars adhering to the Decalogue of Good Environmental Practices<\/strong>, of which 672 of these establishments along the Spanish coast are already part, and will reward a total of 1,500 euros to the establishment that has the most commitments. To do this, each beach bar will have its own access to the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unmillonporelclima.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> website www.unmillonporelclima.es<\/a> where they can add their commitments and encourage their customers and suppliers to do so.<\/p>\n<p> Each beach bar will mobilise its commitments by increasing its visibility in the way it deems appropriate, such as by placing posters or mobilising through its social networks.<\/p>\n<p> The aim of this award, in addition to informing about the effects of climate change, is to assess its involvement in the achievement of one million climate commitments proposed as a collective challenge.
