The Land Stewardship Platform of the Biodiversity Foundation has begun to draw up the V Inventory of Land Stewardship Initiatives.
\n<\/p>\n

The Land Stewardship Platform (PCT)<\/a> has begun the preparation of the V Inventory of Land Stewardship Initiatives of the <\/strong>Spanish State with the aim of making an in-depth x-ray of the current situation of this nature conservation tool in our country. The inventory, coordinated by the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and the Environment, aims to be a key tool for the future of land stewardship, as it will help to know the reality of land stewardship and to improve the different strategies and proposals. <\/p>\n

This is the main tool available to the PCT to know the scope and evolution of land stewardship<\/strong>, for which it is essential that all entities and stewardship agreements are included in it. Its objective is to bring together all the land stewardship initiatives that are carried out in Spain<\/strong> by the stewardship entities and for this the voluntary collaboration of the networks and entities is necessary. <\/p>\n

In addition, the inventory will offer a documentary collection for the exchange of initiatives and experiences<\/strong> and for the dissemination of the actions carried out by the custodial entities, so that those professionals or persons interested in custody can locate and contact the entities that exist in their locality or autonomous community, as well as with others at the national level.<\/p>\n

As novelties of this V inventory, the collection of differentiated information on the activity carried out by the hunting entities<\/strong> of land stewardship stands out. For this, the results of the work carried out by the ‘Hunting and Custody’ working group<\/a> at the VI State Conference on Land Stewardship<\/a>, held in Seville in November last year, will be used as a reference. As in previous inventories, custodians must submit the information to the PCT in order to incorporate it. The deadline for sending the data<\/a> for this new edition of the Inventory is 8 June 2017.<\/strong> <\/p>\n
