{"id":97862389,"date":"2014-03-24T16:22:00","date_gmt":"2014-03-24T15:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/actualidad_home\/the-seminar-of-the-life-indemares-project-advancing-in-marine-conservation-has-been-closed\/"},"modified":"2014-03-24T16:22:00","modified_gmt":"2014-03-24T15:22:00","slug":"the-seminar-of-the-life-indemares-project-advancing-in-marine-conservation-has-been-closed","status":"publish","type":"actualidad_home","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/actualidad_home\/the-seminar-of-the-life-indemares-project-advancing-in-marine-conservation-has-been-closed\/","title":{"rendered":"The seminar of the LIFE+ INDEMARES project Advancing in Marine Conservation has been closed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This morning the seminar of the LIFE+ INDEMARES project &#8220;Advancing in Marine Conservation&#8221; was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment (MAGRAMA), in Madrid.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->\n<\/p>\n<p>This seminar marks the starting point of the last phase of the LIFE+ INDEMARES project, which began in January 2009 with the aim of contributing to the protection and sustainable use of biodiversity in Spanish seas by identifying areas of value for the marine Natura 2000 Network.<\/p>\n<p>The Secretary of State for the Environment, Federico Ramos, the Secretary General for Fisheries, Carlos Dom\u00ednguez D\u00edaz, the Director General for Sustainability of the Coast and the Sea, Pablo Saavedra, and the Director of the Biodiversity Foundation, Sonia Casta\u00f1eda, participated in the seminar.
