The Seville headquarters of the Biodiversity Foundation hosts from today the exhibition ‘Connected. Energy and Consciousness’. This exhibition, belonging to the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO), is part of the project of La Reciclara Cultural, and illustrates how the social perception of different energy sources has evolved, from fossil fuels to green hydrogen. <\/p>\n
The exhibition can be visited from today, September 19 to October 19, free of charge, at the headquarters of the Biodiversity Foundation, in the capital of Seville, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
CONNECTED. ENERGY AND CONSCIOUSNESS <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n ‘Connected. Energy and Awareness’ brings together a selection of photographs from the collection of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge together with a series of challenges inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). <\/p>\n The exhibition proposes a reflection on energy, highlighting challenges such as reducing dependence on fossil fuels, consumer protection, transforming the energy system, energy autonomy, consolidating renewables and responsible consumption.<\/p>\n Through these images and the challenges that articulate the tour, the visitor is invited to think about the social and environmental changes that mark our present and the need to move towards a more sustainable future.<\/p>\n THE CULTURAL RECYCLER<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Cultural Recycler is a project promoted by the City of Energy Foundation (CIUDEN), under the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO), which seeks to promote the cultural panorama through the reuse and itinerancy of existing exhibitions.<\/p>\n The purpose of La Reciclara Cultural is to connect both national and international cultural entities to convert exhibitions and all the elements that accompany it, adapting them to new spaces and thus create cultural proposals that can be enjoyed in other places.<\/p>\n Through the recycling and reuse of exhibitions, a new life is given to ephemeral content and materials that would otherwise be lost or forgotten in a warehouse.
