{"id":48613,"date":"2017-12-31T10:33:30","date_gmt":"2017-12-31T09:33:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/programa_empleaverde\/agroecocualifica-improving-competencies-in-agroecology\/"},"modified":"2025-02-07T10:49:30","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T09:49:30","slug":"agroecocualifica-improving-competencies-in-agroecology","status":"publish","type":"programa_empleaverde","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/programa_empleaverde\/agroecocualifica-improving-competencies-in-agroecology\/","title":{"rendered":"Agroecocualifica: improving competencies in agroecology"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OBJECTIVE: The objective of the project <span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Agroecocualifica: improving skills in agroecology <\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">is to improve the professional qualification of workers in organic production in those sectors in development and \/ or requiring additional training due to the development of the sector<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>DESCRIPTION:  <span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" xml:lang=\"ES-TRAD\">AgroEcoCualifica has among its objectives to improve the skills and qualifications of farmers, technicians of processing companies and workers in the sector, with training in agroecological practices, promote innovation in agroecological production systems by establishing networks of social promoters and promote the growth of organic farmers. Organic production in Spain is a sector in constant evolution and consolidation. We are the leading producer in Europe and the fifth largest in the world. Within the organic production there are some sectors that are either undergoing significant development in recent times or have evolved requiring qualified personnel to meet it.
