All sessions will be taught and facilitated by specialized mentors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Characteristics of the training<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Places of execution: Murcia and Andalusia.<\/p>\n<p>Hours of training: 232 hours (132 h classroom \/ 100 h distance learning)<\/p>\n<p><strong>MIXED TRAINING:<\/strong> 124 hours on-site \/80 hours distance learning<\/p>\n<p>Target group: 73 unemployed persons from each Community<\/p>\n<p>Including visits to Circular Economy success stories.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GREEN BREAKFAST AND COACHING:<\/strong> 8 hours on-site\/ 20 hours distance learning<\/p>\n<p>Target group: 97 unemployed persons from each Community<\/p>\n<p><strong>A. Green breakfasts (2 h on-site)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Working groups led by experts to identify the challenges and opportunities offered by the productive sectors (metal, agri-food, plastics, chemicals and shipbuilding, among others).<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Green Coaching (6 hours face-to-face + 20 hours distance)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Promoting personalized employability with a focus on the Circular Economy.<\/p>\n<p>B1. Presencial-grupal<\/p>\n<p>-Employability techniques: talent development, quality mapping, attitude, networking, personal skills, communication strategies and digital marketing for impact, effective presentation.<\/p>\n<p>-New technologies as an employability factor in CE: Big data, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain.<\/p>\n<p>B2.
