{"id":97851543,"date":"2022-03-01T11:29:36","date_gmt":"2022-03-01T10:29:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/programa_empleaverde\/building-a-circular-economy\/"},"modified":"2025-02-04T10:29:25","modified_gmt":"2025-02-04T09:29:25","slug":"building-a-circular-economy","status":"publish","type":"programa_empleaverde","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/programa_empleaverde\/building-a-circular-economy\/","title":{"rendered":"Building a circular economy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OBJECTIVES: The project aims to train unemployed people with a profile of technicians and construction workers to train them in sustainable building and rehabilitation in order to reduce the amount of waste generated in the construction sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THEME: The theme of the project is Rehabilitation and sustainable building.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DESCRIPTION: The construction industry operates within a linear make-use-dispose economy. But raw materials are becoming increasingly scarce, and the demand for them is overexploiting the planet and endangering its biodiversity. Until now, little attention has been paid to how professionals in the construction industry can contribute to the transition to a circular economy. However, the construction industry consumes more than half of the world&#8217;s extracted natural resources and generates abundant waste, making the sector an ideal candidate for implementing the circular economy and providing a positive architectural legacy for future generations. In this sense, and in line with the Spanish Circular Economy Strategy, this project seeks to provide innovative and pioneering training for those unemployed people who want to orient their profession towards the sustainable construction sector. The project includes two phases: a series of dissemination workshops and the training plan itself.<\/p>\n<p>The percentage of participation of women in the project will be 50%, while the percentage of participation of other priority groups (sum of the rest of the groups except women) will be 60%.<\/p>\n<p>At least 10% of the beneficiaries will obtain employment.<\/p>\n<p>The project will have an impact on the Natura 2000 Network.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":22405,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[651],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[654],"class_list":["post-97851543","programa_empleaverde","type-programa_empleaverde","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-fondo-social-europeo-en","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-terrestrial-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
