The objective of the project is to train people with intellectual diversity in sustainable organic agriculture based on the innovative biointensive farming method, helping to preserve native varieties, valorize their seeds and create inclusive green jobs.<\/p>\n
The theme of the project is sustainable agriculture and livestock<\/strong>.<\/p>\n XE-mente INNOVACI\u00d3N<\/strong> responds to a problem: the lack of training of people with diversity; the shortage of specialised training for this group (especially in green employment); the reduced possibilities of finding employment in the rural territories of reference; the difficulties of socio-labor insertion of people with diversity; the few inclusive training initiatives to access, usually segregated for people with and without diversity.<\/p>\n In turn, XE-mente INNOVATION meets a number of needs: it offers an innovative, inclusive, simple and accessible professional training offer, so far non-existent in the territory; it trains people with and without diversity in an open and inclusive teaching-learning environment; it empowers people with diversity involved as co-trainers, who will be an example for the students that what they propose is within their reach; generates new innovative green professional profiles demanded by companies, which will create inclusive green jobs; helps preserve the richness of a self-sustainable ecosystem, favoring the valorization of native varieties, biodiversity and the optimization of resources.<\/p>\n San Xerome, in its continuous commitment to innovation and sustainability, through XE-mente INNOVACI\u00d3N will specialize the participants in an innovative agroecology system spread in Central America with the support of funds from the Spanish Development Cooperation (AECID) and the Xunta de Galicia: the BIOINTENSIVE CULTIVATION method, becoming a reference center at a national level and information point for anyone interested in being trained in this method.<\/p>\n The percentage of participation of women in the project will be 50%, while the percentage of participation of other priority groups (sum of the rest of the groups except women) will be 50%.<\/p>\n At least 10% of those targeted will obtain employment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":22405,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[651],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[654],"class_list":["post-97851589","programa_empleaverde","type-programa_empleaverde","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-fondo-social-europeo-en","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-terrestrial-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
