Elements that advance in parallel and are interrelated throughout the project. <\/span>\n          <\/p>\n<p>          <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The initiative was born with the aim of promoting the consolidation and creation of green employment, as well as encouraging work with two key elements: innovation and financing. Elements that advance in parallel and are interrelated throughout the project. <\/p>\n<p>In this way, with the &#8220;Finance and Innovate&#8221; initiative, companies and entrepreneurs will receive information, training and advice on financing and environmental and business technical innovation.<\/p>\n<p>From technical innovation, tools applied to environmental management will be worked on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New tools for the planning and management of forest and environmental resources: LIDAR technology, internet mapping, Geographic Information Systems, modelling.<\/li>\n<li>Practical methodologies for the calculation, reduction and compensation of the carbon footprint in companies and educational centres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The business innovation proposed by the project will show tools and experiences to be able to access new business niches and consolidate existing employment: social networks, ICTs, forms of entrepreneurship and innovation programs, etc. Likewise, the &#8220;Emprende Cooperativo&#8221; network will be created, which will put cooperatives in the environmental sector of the different communities participating in the project in contact. <\/p>\n<p>Finally, in the financing section, currently existing formulas for the financing of environmental projects for SMEs, micro-SMEs and the self-employed will be shown.<\/p>\n<p>The recipients of the training actions will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Workers in SMEs and micro-SMEs, in the environmental, education or other sectors, with an interest in the application of new innovation and financing formulas and the potential for conversion into sustainable activities.<\/li>\n<li>Self-employed, from the environmental sector or other sectors with interest.<\/li>\n<li>Unemployed, professionals in the environmental and education sector or other sectors with an interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Through this initiative, training will be provided to 130 recipients, although the project will reach a total of 422 workers. In addition, new lines of business (environmental improvement, new environmental deposits) will be launched in three companies.
