The study &#8220;Educational and training gaps in the renewable energy sector&#8221; has analysed the global training offer in this sector and considers that the lack of qualified professionals could be a barrier to progress in the development of renewable technologies in Spain. <\/p>\n<p>To avoid this, it proposes that the training offer be adapted to make up for these shortcomings and that it be made more flexible to adapt to the pace at which renewable sectors develop. In this sense, the following actions are proposed: <\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Course &#8220;Installation of photovoltaic systems&#8221;: 70 hours in online mode.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Course &#8220;Operation and maintenance of photovoltaic plants&#8221;: 70 hours in online mode.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Advice, lasting 30 hours, for participants.<\/p>\n<p>AIMED AT: Unemployed people from Andalusia, Extremadura and Castilla &#8211; La Mancha<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":22405,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[651],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[654],"class_list":["post-97861853","programa_empleaverde","type-programa_empleaverde","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-fondo-social-europeo-en","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-terrestrial-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
