{"id":97861873,"date":"2022-03-01T12:17:36","date_gmt":"2022-03-01T11:17:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/programa_empleaverde\/new-economies-and-social-innovation-as-tools-for-improving-employment\/"},"modified":"2022-03-01T12:17:36","modified_gmt":"2022-03-01T11:17:36","slug":"new-economies-and-social-innovation-as-tools-for-improving-employment","status":"publish","type":"programa_empleaverde","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/programa_empleaverde\/new-economies-and-social-innovation-as-tools-for-improving-employment\/","title":{"rendered":"New Economies and Social Innovation as Tools for Improving Employment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The project called: &#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/academy.nesi.es\/proyecto-formativo-2\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">New Economies and Social Innovation as tools for improving employment<\/a><\/strong><em>&#8220;, <\/em>promoted by the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nesi.es\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">NESI Forum<\/a> <\/strong>on New Economy and Social Innovation, is being developed for the first time in Spain, having as areas of action <strong>Andalusia<\/strong> and <strong>Extremadura<\/strong>, regions in which employability and professional improvement are more difficult to achieve.<\/p>\n<p>The project has been approved within the framework of the 2019 call for the <strong>Empleaverde<\/strong> Programme, an initiative of the <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/es\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Biodiversity Foundation<\/strong><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miteco.gob.es\/es\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>of the Ministry for Ecological Transition<\/strong><\/a> and is co-financed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/social\/main.jsp?langId=es&amp;catId=325\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>European Social Fund<\/strong><\/a>, which allows it <strong>to be free of charge for participants.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>application period<\/strong> to participate in the training is open <strong>until January 24, 2020<\/strong>, after registration through the following <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2qGtbiX\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Online Form<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n            <strong>Who is the target audience?<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>The project was born with the purpose of offering innovative training to <strong>employed people<\/strong>, whether self-employed or employed, and is aimed at <strong>improving professional training <\/strong>and employability skills based on the <strong>innovation <\/strong>provided by the <strong>New Economies<\/strong> for the contribution of organizations to a green and low-carbon economy.<\/p>\n<p>The project, which will be developed in <strong>Andalusia<\/strong> and <strong>Extremadura<\/strong>, has <strong>41 places<\/strong>, part of which will be aimed at serving priority groups such as women, young people up to 35 years of age, over 45 years of age, immigrants, people with disabilities or residents of protected areas and\/or rural areas.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong>objective<\/strong> is to achieve quality training and employment, through training for<strong>improve the position of professionals within your company<\/strong>, encouraging the<strong>intrapreneurship<\/strong> to create initiatives within organizations that promote the shift towards a people- and planet-centric economy. It will also provide greater <strong>added value in the labour market<\/strong> to access other professional opportunities aligned with these values.<\/p>\n<p>\n            <strong>What does it consist of?<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>The training, which will begin on <strong>February 14 and 15 <\/strong>in <strong>Extremadura<\/strong> and <strong>February 21 and 22 in Andalusia<\/strong> and will take place in <strong>four phases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong>first <\/strong><strong>will be in<\/strong><strong>face-to-face<\/strong>, for four alternate weekends, in order to reconcile the work life of the participants. In this phase, students will be trained by some of the most prominent experts in New Economies and Social Innovation in Spain. <\/p>\n<p>The<strong>second phase<\/strong> will be developed remotely in a<strong>Virtual<\/strong> through Professional Webinars on the tools and models of New Economies themselves, applied to different sectors. This phase will be completed with Talent Webinars based on the coaching philosophy, to incorporate and develop essential personal competencies to enhance the professional profile in the labor market.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>third<\/strong> <strong>phase<\/strong> will also take place remotely and will consist of receiving advice and accompaniment, through group tutorials that are committed to resolving doubts and improving knowledge and skills through collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong>Fourth phase <\/strong>will be crucial. Following the distance and virtual format, it will consist of developing a final project based on social innovation actions, promoting initiatives and projects within the organizations in which they work or in other companies of their interest or target organizations. <\/p>\n<p>\n            <strong>Why train in New Economies and Social Innovation?<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p>The international community has set itself the year 2030 as the goal to achieve the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.undp.org\/content\/undp\/es\/home\/sustainable-development-goals.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>United Nations Sustainable Development Goals<\/strong><\/a> and also to assess the climate change goals defined in the<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/clima\/policies\/international\/negotiations\/paris_es\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Paris Agreement<\/strong><\/a>. However, the United Nations&#8217; own monitoring indicators have raised all the alarms, as they show that we are still a long way from achieving them.<\/p>\n<p>There is an urgent need to change economic models, to be more careful with people and the planet. The <a href=\"https:\/\/nesi.es\/nuevas-economias\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>New Economies<\/strong><\/a> (circular economy, green economy, economy of the common good, the transition economy or the blue economy, among others) offer tools and real responses applicable to all types of sectors and supported by the<strong>European Union<\/strong> through the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eesc.europa.eu\/en\/our-work\/opinions-information-reports\/opinions\/new-sustainable-economic-models\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Opinion &#8220;New sustainable economic models&#8221;.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>These new models must be implemented by companies and organizations to face the environmental and social challenges we face as humanity. However, at present, companies are still unable to implement these new models, among other reasons, due to the <strong>lack of trained people in these matters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Train people in<strong>New Economies and Social Innovation<\/strong> is a solution to two current shortcomings. On the one hand, the lack of experts in these areas, which is increasingly in demand by companies.
