{"id":97861892,"date":"2022-03-01T11:02:58","date_gmt":"2022-03-01T10:02:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/programa_empleaverde\/promoting-green-entrepreneurship-and-the-generation-of-green-jobs-in-areas-at-risk-of-depopulation\/"},"modified":"2022-03-01T11:02:58","modified_gmt":"2022-03-01T10:02:58","slug":"promoting-green-entrepreneurship-and-the-generation-of-green-jobs-in-areas-at-risk-of-depopulation","status":"publish","type":"programa_empleaverde","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/programa_empleaverde\/promoting-green-entrepreneurship-and-the-generation-of-green-jobs-in-areas-at-risk-of-depopulation\/","title":{"rendered":"Promoting green entrepreneurship and the generation of green jobs in areas at risk of depopulation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At UPTA we are developing the project &#8220;<strong><em>Promoting green entrepreneurship and the generation of green jobs in areas at risk of depopulation&#8221;,<\/em><\/strong> approved within the framework of the Empleaverde Programme, of the Biodiversity Foundation, of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and co-financed by the European Social Fund.<\/p>\n<p>The main objective of the project is to:<\/p>\n<p>To promote green entrepreneurship and the generation of green jobs through social innovation to alleviate rural depopulation, detect needs in each territory and seek the necessary solutions for the revitalization of its economy, always respecting the rural environment and sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p>The recipients of the project are:<\/p>\n<p>Unemployed people duly registered as job seekers in the corresponding public service and who want to create a company.<\/p>\n<p>Workers (employed and self-employed) who want to start a new business initiative.<\/p>\n<p>The project consists of implementing various social innovation actions in different territories, as indicated below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of the Social Economy and Self-Employment in the Rural Area. In Castilla y Le\u00f3n, Madrid and Andalusia. <\/li>\n<li>Workshop on street vending, search for employment opportunities and generation of a network of local markets and their significance.
