The project seeks to promote and improve employability, through theoretical and practical training, in employment niches related to the bioeconomy and the ecological transition, allowing to increase the competitiveness of workers and unemployed people, to achieve or improve their professional skills in this field. The training courses are carried out in the autonomous communities of Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, the Balearic Islands and Andalusia, where links have been established with entities and companies to guarantee compliance with the objectives. <\/p>\n
The training is mostly online, with open enrollment, but incorporates face-to-face sessions to strengthen the connection between students, teachers and companies. These sessions include visits to companies and areas of environmental interest, which allows participants to learn in situ <\/em>how the theoretical knowledge acquired is applied. The existence of forums in online courses, and face-to-face visits, also allow students to exchange opinions and experiences with other people with the same concerns, facilitating the emergence of synergies and contacts.
