Faced with this situation, the Government has launched plans and initiatives to promote the ecological transition towards a green, sustainable, decarbonised and resilient economy. Within the framework of the ecological transition, the labour market will have to respond with the creation of new jobs, also taking into account the gender perspective and attention to particularly disadvantaged groups, also giving special importance to professional training processes, since training deficits are one of the main bottlenecks in sectors closely related to the ecological transition.  <\/p>\n<p>It is important to emphasise the concept of &#8220;ecological transition that leaves no one behind&#8221; in the European Green Deal; The promotion of employment and training is one of the best tools for reducing inequalities and promoting the social integration of young people, people with disabilities and, in general, people at risk of exclusion.<\/p>\n<p>The project &#8220;Training in agriculture, food industry and sustainability for young people in exclusion and workers&#8221; pursues a double objective. On the one hand, to train and increase the employability of 52 people at risk of exclusion, of which 36 are young people aged 16 to 24 (mostly young people with special educational needs) and 16 are people with intellectual disabilities or mental disorders, through professional training in aspects of sustainability in the food industry,  sustainable agriculture and livestock. On the other hand, to promote the professional retraining<br \/>\nof 36 workers at La Fageda through the acquisition of skills related to sustainable waste management and the decarbonisation of the different lines of business at La Fageda.  <\/p>\n<p>In this way, we seek to promote the ecological transition through the improvement of the skills of the professional staff of La Fageda and at the same time we improve the employability of young people at risk of exclusion, training them so that they can access growing market niches such as those related to the green economy. In total, the project will train 88 net participants, including unemployed and working people <\/p>\n<p>NOIMA, in Greek means meaning, and at La Fageda we believe that &#8220;the meaning of training is a training with meaning&#8221;, for this reason, NOIMA offers training that is aligned with professions of the future that promote the ecological transition and sustainable rural development.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":22405,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[687],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[654],"class_list":["post-97862327","programa_empleaverde","type-programa_empleaverde","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-european-social-fund","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-terrestrial-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
