{"id":97862361,"date":"2025-04-29T10:46:14","date_gmt":"2025-04-29T08:46:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/programa_empleaverde\/organic-production-and-agroecology-a-career-opportunity-for-the-ecological-transition\/"},"modified":"2025-04-29T10:48:28","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T08:48:28","slug":"organic-production-and-agroecology-a-career-opportunity-for-the-ecological-transition","status":"publish","type":"programa_empleaverde","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/programa_empleaverde\/organic-production-and-agroecology-a-career-opportunity-for-the-ecological-transition\/","title":{"rendered":"Organic production and agroecology: a career opportunity for the ecological transition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Organic production and agroecology: a professional opportunity for the ecological transition <\/b>is a project based on training in different links of the agri-food chain, based on the need for knowledge in organic production (EP) and agroecology for the management of sustainable agricultural farms, as a priority employment sector for the transition due to its implications in terms of energy,  climate and biodiversity, and for its potential to create and reconvert jobs in our territory.<\/p>\n<p>Spain is a leading country in EP in Europe, but it is far from meeting the objectives set by the European Green Deal. According to the latest statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture, the useful agricultural area in PE is 10.95%, when Europe marks 25% for 2030. The MAPA has been working on a roadmap to meet objectives and establish a common framework, and many Autonomous Communities are promoting plans for the development of the EP and achieve these objectives. The training of professionals dedicated to organic production and agroecology is key to facilitating the ecological transition and facing the current challenges and challenges. In relation to regulated training, the Spanish State continues as it did 15 years ago, with only an Intermediate Degree Cycle in Agroecology, without giving continuity to higher education. The mainstreaming of organic production in agronomy and related careers is practically non-existent, leaving professional qualification in the hands of private entities, with the training offer by entities such as ours being very necessary. For this reason, we propose a broad training programme organised into various blocks of content, linked to the needs identified in the territories, which can cover the training needs of technical staff, farmers and livestock breeders for an ecological transition.      <\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":22405,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[687],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[654],"class_list":["post-97862361","programa_empleaverde","type-programa_empleaverde","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-european-social-fund","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-terrestrial-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
