Grazing Nature consists of the design and execution of different theoretical-practical training, advice, accompaniment and practical communities that will reinforce the skills and qualification of the extensive livestock sector, especially shepherdesses, in 4 natural areas of Extremadura and Castilla-La Mancha.<\/p>\n
The common denominator of all territories is grazing, a key professional activity for the maintenance of rural populations and the conservation of our natural heritage, in which both habitats of High Natural Value, such as majadales, or emblematic species of birds, such as steppes, depend directly on them. Grazing is also key to adapting to climate change and the food sovereignty of territories, favoring the use of natural resources over the purchase of inputs. <\/p>\n
On the other hand, the results of socioeconomic studies show common problems such as low generational renewal, lack of profitability and differentiation in the market or the scarce industrial fabric for the transformation of primary sector products with differentiated value.<\/p>\n
