{"id":97875884,"date":"2026-06-05T13:38:54","date_gmt":"2026-06-05T11:38:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/programa_empleaverde\/sowing-a-green-future-training-in-sustainable-agriculture-for-employment\/"},"modified":"2026-06-05T13:38:54","modified_gmt":"2026-06-05T11:38:54","slug":"sowing-a-green-future-training-in-sustainable-agriculture-for-employment","status":"publish","type":"programa_empleaverde","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/programa_empleaverde\/sowing-a-green-future-training-in-sustainable-agriculture-for-employment\/","title":{"rendered":"Sowing a Green Future: Training in Sustainable Agriculture for Employment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The project <strong>&#8220;Sowing a Green Future: Training in Sustainable Agriculture for Employment&#8221;,<\/strong> promoted by Expoaccion Organizaci\u00f3n Solidaria, aims to improve the employability of unemployed people through the acquisition of skills linked to the <span data-url=\"ca:\/\/s?q=Transicion_ecologica\">ecological transition<\/span> and the development of <span data-url=\"ca:\/\/s?q=Explotaciones_agropecuarias_sostenibles\">sustainable farms<\/span>, with a practical focus on <span data-url=\"ca:\/\/s?q=Agricultura_regenerativa\">regenerative agriculture<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The project will be developed in the municipality of <strong>Langreo (Asturias),<\/strong> using a 1-hectare farm, owned by the entity, as a learning space, which will be conditioned for the realization of sustainable agricultural practices. This real environment will allow participants to acquire technical skills, learn by doing and simulate work experiences typical of the green sector. <\/p>\n<p>With a total duration of <strong>12 months<\/strong>, the project is structured in two phases: an initial <strong>phase of 4 months<\/strong> dedicated to dissemination, recruitment, selection of participants and operational planning; and a second phase of <strong>8 months<\/strong> aimed at the execution of training actions, accompaniment, practices and complementary activities.<\/p>\n<p>The training proposal includes technical content in <strong><span data-url=\"ca:\/\/s?q=Agroecologia\">agroecology<\/span><\/strong>, composting, organic crop management, natural pest control, crop rotation and association, water efficiency and other key skills for green employment. In addition, it incorporates modules on equal opportunities between women and men (4 hours) and soft skills (5 hours), focused on communication, leadership and teamwork. <\/p>\n<p>The project is aimed at <strong>unemployed people registered in the SEPE<\/strong>, prioritizing women, young people from 18 to 29 years old, over 45, people of foreign origin, people with disabilities and residents in rural areas. Participation will be completely free and based on objective selection and inclusion criteria. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sowing Green Future&#8221; is part of Line 2 of the Empleaverde+ 2025 call, responding to the challenges of the ecological transition and the transformation of the production model.
