AgroSost is an incubation program aimed at workers in the Region of Murcia who want to start a business in the agroecological sector. For 24 months, 60 participants (30 per call) receive technical training in precision agriculture, rural projects, green economy and equal opportunities; 20 hours of business mentoring to develop a viable business plan; technical support specialized in agroecology; and participation in group learning sessions among peers and networking spaces with entrepreneurs in the sector.
