The project aims to raise awareness and train the entire fishing fleet of Catalonia (longline, trawling, small gear and purse seine), providing them with legal certainty, with the aim of mitigating the effect of accidental captures of turtles, cetaceans and seabirds. To this end, the design, edition and delivery of the “Blue Fishing Notebook” to the entire fishing fleet is proposed, in an individualized distribution, with the involvement of the guilds, and the delivery of first assistance materials to marine fauna.
