Three aspects will be developed specifically. On the one hand, the improvement in the spatial estimation of the bottom longline effort, with a vocation for transfer to the Autonomous Communities that collaborate in the project. On the other hand, the carrying out of a research campaign with a professional fishing boat for the evaluation of the impact of longlining and future mitigation strategies.
