{"id":97857015,"date":"2024-08-08T12:39:16","date_gmt":"2024-08-08T10:39:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/programa_pleamar\/meso_alboran-2\/"},"modified":"2024-08-08T12:39:16","modified_gmt":"2024-08-08T10:39:16","slug":"meso_alboran-2","status":"publish","type":"programa_pleamar","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/programa_pleamar\/meso_alboran-2\/","title":{"rendered":"MESO_Albor\u00e1n 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Within the framework of the MESO_Albor\u00e1n 2 project, a biological study will be carried out on underwater geomorphological units of the Alboran Sea.<br \/>\nMainly, canyons, escarpments and other rocky reefs on which there are mesophotic communities of interest (50-200m deep), improving knowledge in conservation about these key ecosystems for the maintenance of the fish stock and populations of protected species through direct study to promote the improvement of the conservation status, the elimination of impacts and the beginning of the restoration of the fish stocks that depend on them.  as well as working with different groups and associations of the fishing sector in order to mitigate the effects of fishing on sensitive species, avoiding their accidental capture.<br \/>\nData will be collected from the fishing sector in Granada, Almeria and Ceuta in relation to main fishing grounds, main gears used and assessments of the fishing sector in relation to Global Change (GC).<br \/>\nAlso data on the geomorphology of the seabed, its hydrological and geological characteristics. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":22405,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[680],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[655],"class_list":["post-97857015","programa_pleamar","type-programa_pleamar","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-european-maritime-fisheries-and-aquaculture-fund","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-marine-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
