At the same time, Pescados con arte II aims to highlight marine reserves of fishing interest as the most effective management tools for the regeneration of fishery resources and the conservation of marine biodiversity, focusing efforts on the marine reserves of Cabo de Palos-Islas Hormigas, Cabo Ti\u00f1oso and Cabo de Gata-N\u00edjar and Natura 2000 network areas within the scope of the project. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Through gastronomic demonstrations in food and public squares, gastronomic workshops for educational centers and families, days to learn about the complete cycle of fish from the sea to the table and educational itineraries in marine reserves of fishing interest and fishing ports, all in the Region of Murcia and the Province of Almeria. The importance of the conservation of marine resources and the role that artisanal fishing and responsible fish consumption can play in it will be transmitted. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The area of action of the project and of socio-economic influence includes numerous spaces included in the surroundings of the Marine Reserves of Fishing Interest of Cabo de Palos-Islas Hormigas, Cabo Ti\u00f1oso and Cabo de Gata-N\u00edjar, and in Natura 2000 Network areas of the marine environment of southeastern Spain, as well as other international figures of protection representative of the marine natural heritage.
