At the same time, the Marine Reserves of Fishing Interest have been valued as the most effective management tools for the regeneration of fishery resources and the conservation of marine biodiversity, focusing efforts on the marine reserves of Cabo de Palos-Islas Hormigas, Cabo Ti\u00f1oso and Cabo de Gata &#8211; N\u00edjar and Natura 2000 Network areas in this area. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gastronomic conferences and demonstrations have been held in restaurants and food markets; information days in fishmongers and consumer associations; educational itineraries in marine reserves and fishing ports; in addition to a publication on the biology, fishing gear and gastronomic aspects of different species, and an informative video to bring artisanal fishing closer to the consumer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Likewise, a network of sustainable restaurants has been created that acquire a series of commitments so that a percentage of the fish they serve (identified on the menu) comes from artisanal fishing or unwanted catches.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.programapleamar.es\/proyectos\/pescadarte-pescados-con-arte-pesca-responsable-en-tu-cocina\">See the project<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":22405,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[652],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[655],"class_list":["post-97861684","programa_pleamar","type-programa_pleamar","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-fondo-europeo-maritimo-de-pesca-en","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-marine-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
