RE-MAR III seeks to reduce marine litter throughout the Galician Atlantic arc, through the implementation of various actions such as <strong>rubbish collection days by sea and land, information and awareness campaigns on the damage caused to the Natura 2000 Network, training for professionals in the fishing sector, supervision of waste management practices on board<\/strong> small fishing and recreational boats,  among others. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In a transversal way, RE-MAR III carries with it the commitment <strong>to make visible and empower people with intellectual disabilities<\/strong>, as drivers of change in environmental and social challenges, and<strong> to contribute to gender equality.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This edition of RE-MAR aims to <strong>focus more on the collateral damage suffered by marine species that inhabit the Natura 2000 Network<\/strong>, derived from the impact of waste such as fishing gear, oil spills, cigarette butts or noise from recreational boats, through the dissemination of a clear and concise message on the need to prevent,  reduce and recycle waste for the survival of marine species.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.programapleamar.es\/proyectos\/re-mar-iii-custodia-ambiental-para-la-reduccion-de-residuos-en-el-espacio-marino-protegido\">See the project<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":22405,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[652],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[655],"class_list":["post-97861961","programa_pleamar","type-programa_pleamar","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-fondo-europeo-maritimo-de-pesca-en","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-marine-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
