Firstly, it is intended to carry out a <strong>diagnosis on the abandonment of End-of-Life Tyres (NFU) and their possible reuse as construction material<\/strong> (phase I). To this end, experts will be interviewed using the Delphi method, with the aim of deepening the study of the phenomenon of the abandonment of NFU on the coast and a survey will be carried out to explore the perceptions, attitudes and opinions of the agents directly affected by the presence of these wastes. The information collected will be triangulated to identify the points of greatest accumulation of NFU.
