To this end, the series of landings data on the Galician fishing platform will be analysed, the main fish markets where the alosa are landed will be identified, batches of both species will be acquired for further analysis and interviews will be carried out with the agents involved to find out how these catches are produced. The otoliths, scales and feeding of the acquired specimens will be analysed to obtain data on their biology and ecology (specific identity, phase of the life cycle, age structure, demography, trophic ecology) that allow their requirements to be interpreted during the marine phase. This, together with the capture and relative abundance data, will allow the definition of reservoir areas for their future.
