In this context, one of the main axes will be the identification and characterization of recruitment areas, based on previous evidence, through specific sampling that includes analysis of catches, size and maturity structures, as well as the use of underwater cameras coupled to fishing gear. Likewise, the characterization of areas of accumulation of marine litter and microplastics will be carried out.  <\/p>\n<p>At the same time, fishing gear, both artisanal and trawling, will be evaluated and improved through the testing of innovative solutions such as selective gear for yellowtail and techniques that reduce casting time, with the aim of minimizing discards and improving efficiency.
