To this end, it works in 3 lines: the conservation of pollinators, through the restoration of 50 traditional hives and the training of 30 students in beekeeping; the sustainable management of the chestnut tree, carrying out a diagnosis of the chestnut groves, pest and disease control measures and restoration of 20 hectares of groves; and mycological production, increasing mushroom production by 200% and establishing a project network.
