The general objective of the project is to restore two urban sections of the Huerva River as it passes through Zaragoza and the landscaped areas near them, to improve the longitudinal continuity of the ecological corridors (Huerva, Ebro and G\u00e1llego) of the city, in order to create ideal habitat conditions for the biodiversity associated with these corridors. These actions, together with the improvement of accessibility to these spaces, are intended to provide the citizens of Zaragoza with spaces for dispersion and leisure in which they can connect with nature. Some of the actions used to renaturalize the river ecosystem and the surrounding landscaped areas correspond to Nature-based solutions.
