The work generates local green jobs, prioritizing rural women, and trains workers and owners interested in the management and silvicultural and phytosanitary treatment of chestnut trees for the production of fruit and other ecosystem services, the generation of tourism resources and the conservation of the landscape, traditional culture and biodiversity. The actions are carried out through collaboration and land stewardship agreements with landowners.
