They currently have 3 production lines of nonwovens using spunlace technology. The process consists of transforming segmented fiber of 38-40mm in length into consolidated fabric by means of water injection. The usual raw material is virgin segmented fibre of viscose, polyester or polypropylene, while the final product is fabric delivered in the format of reels with a diameter of 1.2m and a specific width to be defined by each customer.   <\/p>\n<p>The project proposes a series of improvements in the design and acquisition of new machinery to reduce the environmental impact of nonwovens by replacing virgin raw material with recycled raw material and acting on waste, reducing its generation and optimizing its reuse and recycling.
