{"id":47672,"date":"2023-02-02T15:39:58","date_gmt":"2023-02-02T14:39:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/proyectos_ficha\/formacion-a-gestores-y-otros-usuarios-de-la-red-natura-2000-marina\/"},"modified":"2025-10-17T09:11:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T07:11:20","slug":"training-for-managers-and-other-users-of-the-marine-natura-2000-network","status":"publish","type":"proyectos_ficha","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/proyectos_ficha\/training-for-managers-and-other-users-of-the-marine-natura-2000-network\/","title":{"rendered":"Training for managers and other users of the marine Natura 2000 Network"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>Natura 2000 Network<\/strong>, the largest network of protected areas in the world, has the mission of <strong>ensuring the long-term survival of Europe&#8217;s species and habitats, <\/strong>helping to <strong>halt the loss of biodiversity and to make conservation compatible with the development of sustainable activities. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>To achieve these objectives, it is essential to have the support of the parties directly involved in the management and of the citizens as a whole. Despite its importance, knowledge of the marine Natura 2000 Network is still insufficient, which makes it difficult for stakeholders to be involved in its conservation. <\/p>\n<p>The <strong>training programme in the marine Natura 2000 Network<\/strong> aims to address these issues through the <strong>involvement and training of key actors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO) is reinforcing this training programme for the staff of the public administrations responsible for the management of the marine Natura 2000 Network and other recipients<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Initiated with the <a href=\"http:\/\/intemares.es\/\">LIFE INTEMARES project<\/a>, the programme <strong>is promoted thanks to the <\/strong><strong>Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), financed by the NextGeneration funds, and the LIFE funds of the European Union.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":45475,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[653],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[656],"class_list":["post-47672","proyectos_ficha","type-proyectos_ficha","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-plan-de-recuperacion-transformacion-y-resiliencia-en","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-knowledge-generation-and-management"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
