In addition, they will compensate a part through voluntary initiatives and participate in public awareness campaigns. <\/p>\n<p>The specific objectives are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To design and validate a common methodology and tool for assessing the Carbon Footprint for a specific transformation process in the agri-food sector, specifically wine and cider production.<\/li>\n<li>To evaluate the Carbon Footprint of companies in the wine and cider production sector in Asturias, Andalusia and Extremadura.<\/li>\n<li>To achieve the commitment of companies to participate in an initiative to offset greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.<\/li>\n<li>Disseminate the results of the project to promote awareness in the sector in the field of GHG emission reduction, through the evaluation of the Carbon Footprint of their organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The activities that will be developed are the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Design of the methodology for the evaluation of the Carbon Footprint of the wine and cider production process.<\/li>\n<li>Carbon Footprint Assessment in companies in the wine and cider production sector.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to offset GHG emissions.<\/li>\n<li>Dissemination and awareness-raising tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":22405,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[650],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[670],"class_list":["post-97860064","proyectos_ficha","type-proyectos_ficha","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-fundacion-biodiversidad-en","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-drivers-of-biodiversity-loss"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
