Climate partners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n            <span>The project aims to generate a new responsible business culture in the autonomous city of Ceuta, with the introduction of measures to combat climate change in the management of SMEs.<\/span>\n          <\/p>\n<p>          <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The project aims to generate a new responsible business culture in the autonomous city of Ceuta, with the introduction of measures to combat climate change in the management of SMEs.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to awaken the interest of workers, the self-employed and entrepreneurs in corporate social responsibility, eco-efficiency, green economies and business opportunities around the environmental sector. In addition, it seeks to facilitate both their passage to action in this area, through networking, and to encourage entrepreneurship. <\/p>\n<p>The aim is for the business fabric of SMEs in the City of Ceuta to incorporate sustainability criteria into their business management system, making SMEs, micro-SMEs and the self-employed aware of the implications of their activity with respect to global warming, and proposing alternatives for the implementation of corrective measures and minimisation of the impacts generated.<\/p>\n<p>To this end, it is considered necessary to develop training, awareness-raising and advisory actions, in addition to the &#8220;Partners for the Climate&#8221; network. The creation of the network is intended to ensure that the companies that originally participated in the network, in their capacity as founders and pioneers, become local benchmarks of excellence in sustainable economic management. <\/p>\n<p>The initiative will have mechanisms, services and professional tools for the development of actions that promote the expansion of the environmental market in the region, making it possible to take advantage of new business opportunities.
