It is also intended to promote sustainable tourism as a mechanism to generate green employment, in activities that respect the environment. <\/p>\n<p>The recipients are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SME entrepreneurs in sectors in crisis who need to open up new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Self-employed workers who can define new business models oriented towards green employment.<\/li>\n<li>Workers of companies that can know the prospects of green employment in the area and can direct their improvement of professional qualification towards these green employment niches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project focuses mainly on professionals who carry out their activity in the geographical area of the region, with special emphasis on women and those over 45 years of age.<\/p>\n<p>The results expected to be achieved with the project are the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training of 80 recipients although the project will reach a total of 380 workers.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of 2 new companies related to green employment.<\/li>\n<li>Identification of 10 business opportunities that generate green employment in the region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":22405,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[650],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[654],"class_list":["post-97860187","proyectos_ficha","type-proyectos_ficha","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-fundacion-biodiversidad-en","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-terrestrial-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Create green employment in the Sierra de Guadarrama!
