Likewise, it wants to respond to the need and expectations generated in the regions of Molina de Arag\u00f3n-Alto Tajo and the Serran\u00eda de Cuenca, object of the &#8220;Truffle Culture&#8221; project, as well as to start working on mycological management for a sustainable and orderly use of this resource, which can be the basis for the development of this economic sector. <\/p>\n<p>The project aims to generate employment and sustainable economic activities by attracting and advising workers to stop the depopulation of the rural environment of these regions.<\/p>\n<p>The recipients are workers linked or who can be linked to the rural development of the sectors that are intended to be consolidated.
