The study would be carried out taking into account the diversity in the management of these spaces, which can be direct, mixed or private. <\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that public green spaces are multifunctional and contribute to improving the quality of life in cities. They make cities more habitable because they are a key element in providing thermal comfort in public spaces, but also because it is thanks to vegetation that landscapes of colours and smells that favour biodiversity can be generated. On the other hand, urban greenery is not limited to parks and gardens, as it extends throughout the city.  <\/p>\n<p>The concept of urban green includes a diversity of spaces, with different degrees of naturalization, dimensions and types of management. Each of them represents a function within the whole, and that is why it is essential to define it, as well as to study the economic and energy costs for its maintenance and conservation. <\/p>\n<p>Among the activities to be developed in the project are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop the work methodology for collecting and analysing the information, through a survey assessed in three pilot municipalities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a diagnostic model that marks the critical points or aspects that limit or strengthen a proposal towards sustainability in general, and in particular for the reduction of economic and energy costs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a panel of sustainability indicators for urban green spaces, based on the critical points identified in the diagnosis together with the criteria related to the main functions that these spaces must fulfil in a sustainability framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":22405,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[650],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[670],"class_list":["post-97860325","proyectos_ficha","type-proyectos_ficha","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-fundacion-biodiversidad-en","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-drivers-of-biodiversity-loss"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
