The management body was created and the Ciudad de la Energ\u00eda Foundation was appointed as manager. However, it is necessary that, associated with this process, citizen participation is set in motion. It is the objective of this project and part of the Biosphere Reserve&#8217;s overall strategy for sustainable development.   <\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the purpose of the initiative is to reactivate the Biosphere Reserve, turning it into a real instrument of sustainable development.
