The aim is to incorporate the new generations into agricultural activity, so those young people who, employed or in other sectors, show a high interest in participating in some of these initiation actions in agricultural activity will also be targeted. <\/p>\n<p>At the same time, by updating and converting the plots to organic production, farmers and ranchers will carry out less intensive productive work although it generates employment and is equally or more profitable.
