The goal pursued is the conservation of the Iberian imperial eagle and the effective communication of the project’s achievements. Now that the “Taking Flight” Custody Network has already been created, with this initiative the entity seeks to consolidate the Network and provide it with tools for its operation. <\/p>\n

Now that the “Taking Flight” Custody Network has already been created, with this initiative the entity seeks to consolidate the Network and provide it with tools for its operation. <\/p>\n

The sub-networks of municipalities and properties will continue to channel the actions of habitat management and conservation of the species, while the sub-network of schools will be responsible for all awareness-raising and dissemination actions.<\/p>\n

The “Taking Flight” Custody Network will be supported by a powerful communication plan that will guarantee its maximum dissemination. More specifically, it is intended to: <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Involve the municipalities of the Iberian imperial eagle’s distribution area in the conservation of this species and its habitat and provide them with tools so that they can make municipal policies and actions compatible with conservation.<\/li>\n
  2. Involve the owners of private land in the Iberian imperial eagle’s distribution area in the conservation of this species and its habitat and provide them with tools so that they can make their productive activities compatible with conservation.<\/li>\n
  3. To disseminate knowledge about this species among society in general and, in particular, among the school population that lives with the Iberian imperial eagle and to promote respectful attitudes towards its conservation and the preservation of nature in general.<\/li>\n
  4. Collaborate with public administrations in the conservation of the species, through the development and application of recovery plans and the environmental assessment procedure.<\/li>\n
  5.
