{"id":97860660,"date":"2014-03-24T12:27:42","date_gmt":"2014-03-24T11:27:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/proyectos_ficha\/improving-the-living-conditions-of-the-people-of-topnaar-namibia\/"},"modified":"2014-03-24T12:27:42","modified_gmt":"2014-03-24T11:27:42","slug":"improving-the-living-conditions-of-the-people-of-topnaar-namibia","status":"publish","type":"proyectos_ficha","link":"https:\/\/fundacion-biodiversidad.es\/en\/proyectos_ficha\/improving-the-living-conditions-of-the-people-of-topnaar-namibia\/","title":{"rendered":"Improving the living conditions of the people of Topnaar, Namibia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This project aims to improve the living conditions and resource of the Topnaar population in Namibia&#8217;s Naukluft National Park through the construction of fog water trapping nets, Lorraine ovens and environmental awareness.<\/p>\n<p>          <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This project aims to improve the living conditions and resource of the Topnaar population in Namibia&#8217;s Naukluft National Park through the construction of fog water trapping nets, Lorraine ovens and environmental awareness.<\/p>\n<p>The objective is to facilitate access to water for the inhabitants of the area, through the construction of nets to trap water from the fog and for communal use.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, through this initiative, deforestation of the Kuiseb riverbed will be reduced.<\/p>\n<p>These activities will serve to promote ASDE&#8217;s youth participation in international cooperation projects with the Topnaar community.<\/p>\n<p>The actions of this project are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Environmental awareness course.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of water trapping nets and communal nets.<\/li>\n<li>Construction of kitchens to reduce the use of firewood.<\/li>\n<li>Volunteer work camp with young scouts on scholarships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":22405,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[650],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[],"class_list":["post-97860660","proyectos_ficha","type-proyectos_ficha","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-fundacion-biodiversidad-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
