The objectives are to obtain estimates on the distribution and abundance of cetaceans, as well as on the way in which these animals develop in the habitat of European Atlantic waters outside the shelf.  <\/p>\n<p>The actions are those related to the carrying out of a summer survey of cetaceans in the waters of the Bay of Biscay from the oceanographic research vessel. Subsequently, within the framework of the CODA project, all entities participate in the pre-analysis validation of data collected from all campaigns, abundance estimates and habitat modelling, the processing of acoustic data and the analysis of the oceanographic and fish data obtained. <\/p>\n<p>More specifically, it is intended to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To obtain abundance indices for each species using visual and acoustic methods.<\/li>\n<li>Determine the critical habitat for each species.<\/li>\n<li>Specify the acoustic interactions between cetaceans and geological, military and fishing survey equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":22405,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[650],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[655],"class_list":["post-97860730","proyectos_ficha","type-proyectos_ficha","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","financiaci_n-fundacion-biodiversidad-en","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-marine-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
