It is one of the most characteristic ecosystems for the use of natural resources in Spain. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>          <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>          <span>The initiative considers wild cattle as a factor in the sustainable development of dehesa habitats. It is one of the most characteristic ecosystems for the use of natural resources in Spain. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>In Extremadura, where there are currently almost 50,000 hectares dedicated to this work, it is the ideal habitat for the breeding of the fighting bull. The abandonment of traditional practices has led to an increase in rents but has caused some environmental problems.
