The initiative has thus <strong>managed to contribute <\/strong><strong>to the knowledge of the situation of this invasive species as well as <\/strong><strong>to comply with the control obligations <\/strong>of the administrations established by Royal Decree 630\/2013. In addition, cases of management of the species have been collected in different places of its distribution that have served to create a strategic basis for national action.  <\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the actions carried out during 2015 have managed to develop a database of the Argentine parrot and a mobile application that facilitates citizen participation. In addition, coordination teams were established at the national and provincial levels and local census teams coordinated at the regional or local level.
