Genomic bases for the management, management and conservation of the resource (SNPs4candei)"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>The project has carried out the genetic study of the populations of the <em>Patella candei<\/em> complex in the Canary Islands from DNA samples obtained from the tissues and DNA of the species.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>In order to find solutions to avoid the loss of its populations located in<\/strong> <strong>Fuerteventura, the entity has carried out a phylogenetic study whose result aims to guide the appropriate recovery measures for the species.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The research has discovered that there are obvious genetic differences between the populations located in Fuerteventura and those located in the Savage Islands.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>For this reason, the entity concludes that the recovery measures of the species in Fuerteventura should not be carried out with repopulations of specimens from other islands, but through the reproduction of seeds with individuals from the island&#8217;s own population.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":22405,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"financiaci_n":[],"lineas_actuacion_tematicas":[655],"class_list":["post-97861360","proyectos_ficha","type-proyectos_ficha","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","lineas_actuacion_tematicas-marine-ecosystems"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Genetic diversity of Patella candei populations.
