He will take part in a session entitled &#8220;Nature and the food industry&#8221;, in which he will share a table with Federico Buyolo, director of cultural innovation at the Jos\u00e9 Ortega y Gasset-Gregorio Mara\u00f1on Foundation. The food industry is one of the sectors that has the greatest impact on the environment after fossil fuels. What is the role of pedagogy in promoting sustainable food? How to design public policies to promote food and environmental health? What should be the role of traditional media and networks in expanding public understanding of food science and technologies?
